M3M Crown

The M3M Crown master plan places its 11 towers around a lake rather than treating open space as leftover land between buildings. Construction on M3M Crown Sector 111 is ongoing, and the registration sets the M3M Crown completion date at January 2028. The project carries RC/REP/HARERA/GGM/687/419/2023/31, dated 2 February 2023, naming Metro Education & Welfare Private Limited, a wholly owned M3M India subsidiary, as promoter, developing the project together with Blue Bell Buildtech Pvt Ltd and Oakwood Realty Private Ltd. January 2028 is the date that matches both the registration and the project's ongoing construction, with towers 1, 2 and 6 to 14 furthest along and the remaining towers following behind on a staggered schedule.

Neither the brochure nor third-party sources disclose an architect or design consultant for this specific project, a genuine information gap worth asking M3M to fill directly if design credentials matter to your decision. Since the project is still under construction, with possession estimates spanning April 2027 to January 2028, the most practical near-term outlook question isn't the eventual finished product. And that's worth confirming directly rather than assuming the most optimistic figure.

With handover still about two years off, M3M Crown Sector 111 has no rental or resale track record yet beyond the pre-possession resale listings already circulating online, some priced well above the original launch rate. Its case for buyers rests on the clubhouse, the lake, its position inside the SCDA township and its access to IGI Airport, UER-II and Yashobhoomi, not on a completed delivery history the way an older, ready-to-move M3M project can offer. Treat it as a bet on the corridor's continued build-out as much as on the project itself.
