Manglam Group has launched PinkWest, a Rs 1,000 crore mixed-use project on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway, and already crossed Rs 300 crore in sales within days of launch.

Manglam Group has thrown its weight behind a big commercial bet in Jaipur. The company has launched PinkWest, an integrated commercial project spread across roughly 13 lakh sq. ft. on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway, with an investment of about Rs 1,000 crore. It's not a small project, and it's not going unnoticed either. Within days of launch, the company says it had already crossed Rs 300 crore in sales.
The numbers behind PinkWest are sizable too. There will be 287 retail spaces and 262 office spaces once the project is done, along with a 220-key Sheraton hotel run by Marriott International. That hospitality piece alone carries an investment of close to Rs 350 crore, spread over more than three lakh sq. ft. Add dining, entertainment and lifestyle spaces to the mix, and PinkWest starts to look less like a single building and more like a small district. Manglam expects the whole thing to generate around Rs 1,500 crore in revenue once complete, and construction is slated to wrap up by 2029.
N K Gupta, Chairman of Manglam Group, framed the project less as a building and more as a bet on how people want to shop, work and unwind now. He said the future of commercial real estate lies in creating destinations rather than standalone assets, and that businesses and investors today want ecosystems that bring work, hospitality, retail and experience together under one roof. Crossing Rs 300 crore in sales this early, he added, is proof that West Jaipur is turning into the city's next serious commercial corridor.
Amrita Gupta, CEO of Manglam Spa and Resorts, spoke to the hospitality side of things. Her point was simple: people don't remember a building, they remember how it made them feel. That's the thinking behind bringing Sheraton into the project, she said, betting that good hospitality can lift an entire destination, not just fill hotel rooms.
Location is doing a lot of work here. PinkWest sits on the Jaipur-Ajmer Highway with links to NH-48, Ring Road, Mansarovar, Vaishali Nagar and Mahindra SEZ, all of which puts it within reach of both established residential pockets and a growing industrial base. That kind of connectivity tends to matter more for a mixed-use project than it does for a pure residential one, since offices and retail live and die by footfall and access, not just address. The company says the project has also been designed around sustainable, green building principles, something buyers in this segment are increasingly asking about upfront rather than treating as an afterthought.
At Hommea, projects like this are worth tracking less for the headline investment figure and more for what they signal about where commercial demand is actually heading outside the usual metro clusters. Jaipur has been building a case for itself as more than a residential and tourism market for a while now, and a Rs 1,000 crore bet from an established local developer, backed by early sales numbers this strong, adds real weight to that case.
