Neotec Africa, a Gambia-headquartered construction and real estate firm with operations across Africa and the Gulf, has opened a Gurugram office to pursue development opportunities in India.
Neotec Africa, an international engineering, construction and real estate development firm, has launched Neotec India and established its country office in Gurugram. The firm is headquartered in The Gambia with a presence in Guinea-Bissau, Dubai and Spain, and the India launch extends that footprint into what the company calls real estate development, project management and strategic partnership opportunities across the Indian market.
Neotec India's operations will draw on Marco Marino Blanco as CEO of Design and Architecture, Sheikh Tijan Sallah as Director of Projects and Administration, and Tarun Kumar Singh as Director of Operations. Nitin Shrivastava, the firm's Country Operation Head, said the company aims to bring its international experience to India while working with local stakeholders on projects that create lasting value.
From its Gurugram base, the firm says it will engage landowners, developers and investors, and is open to outright acquisition, joint ventures, joint development, or development management, structured project by project.
